To get a certificate of compliance for the house title, we had to move our shed 10cm. This was not possible without digging out three beautiful, 15 year old vines (slightly hail battered at the moment) and 1 large bush. So…with regret, we dismantled it and said goodbye. Its removal, however, left an ugly “hole” in its wake. I set out to fix this yesterday, and came up with a reading nook to catch some rays, and grow some tomatoes. I painted, added cement pavers, some plants and a chair and table. I am pretty pleased with the day’s work. Looks a lot better for house showings too, AND I get to use it for a couple of weeks before we move.
