What are those fabulous magenta blooms on the ferny, soft leaves? And, I think those are blue bells; they are just lovely.

Hi Ginene,
The magenta blooms are my Fern Leaf Peony. It is always the first perennial to bloom in my garden. The blue ones are Pulmonaria (Lungwort).
