This is an easy, tasty salad. A non-recipe sort of recipe.
a bunch of spinach
strawberries, sliced
herbed goat cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. each of salt, pepper and sugar
Add the strawberries and cheese to the spinach. Mix the oil, vinegar and seasonings. Add to salad
