Turkey In A Bun

One of the perks of roasting a turkey is getting turkey sandwiches for a couple days afterward. I used my pumpkin bun recipe to make standard-shaped buns, and I tried a new thing with the coronet forms my mom gave me with an article from the 1960’s from McCall’s magazine. They are meant for puff pastry, but I thought they might work with dough as well. I am pleased with the result! Yet another way to consume turkey and cranberries 🙂
