I like to make garlic butter with some of our crop of garlic from the garden. I put about 20 cloves of garlic in the food processor and chop it until the pieces are small. I add three sticks of butter at room temperature, salt and pepper to taste, and turn on the processor to combine everything. I scoop the result onto a piece of waxed paper and roll it up. I keep this in the freezer and just cut off a slice when I want some garlic butter.
