I own a lot of cookbooks. I love to look through them, enjoying the beautiful photographs and becoming inspired by the ideas. Lately I have been slower to try new things out of them, often sticking to tried and true recipes. Maybe it is just the lazy days of summer. I decided to choose a book for the month and make two recipes out of it. “Whitewater Cooks at Home”, by Shelley Adams was my pick. Does anyone else own this cookbook? What are your favourite recipes from it? What is your favourite cookbook?
