The Stampede Breakfast is an institution during the ten days of the Calgary Stampede and Exhibition. Every day throughout Calgary and the surrounding communities, you can find a free Pancake Breakfast with sausages and sometimes eggs or hashbrowns, and a bunch of happy people to eat it with. My husband I attended one last Saturday but did not take photos as we were busy chatting with people sitting at the table with us. It was delicious though. Our youngest would have liked to come with us, but had to work, so we re-created a home version for her, which is shown in the top photo. Yahoo!
