Out and About

Just a few shots from downtown Calgary this week.

“Wonderland” outside the Bow Building in Calgary. I think the view from the inside is just as interesting as the view of the outside of the head.

Below is part of the poppy installation for Remembrance Day on the Anglican cathedral downtown. I only got a couple seconds to get a shot before we drove past, but I thought it was very striking.

Patisserie du Soleil is (in the Bow building) is a great place to grab a sausage roll, lunch, or hot chocolate if you are in the area.

Reid Stationers on 17th is a treat for stationery lovers like me to look through. They have a great selection of Christmas cards, paper, games, crafts, pens, paints, journals, gifts, and treats.
