I have always loved the soft yellow of grasses and grains against the backdrop of the big, blue sky spanning the horizon. Add some snow or clouds and I think it is even more beautiful. Some people think it gets monotonous, but I never tire of the view.

Me, too. I’m a Midwesterner and I love to see as far as I can see. I love grassland, large oak trees, cornfields, and the Midwestern black dirt.
