We enjoy these for a quick but special weekend breakfast.
Do not preheat the broiler for these or the nuts will darken faster than the cheese melts.
Slice the bagels and place cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread a little honey on the bagel. Add a thin layer of Brie and top with a sprinkling of sliced almonds for a crunchy contrast to the gooey cheese and chewy bagel.
